Description
Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn. It is used to treat acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, and other problems in your food pipe. It is also used to prevent and treat stomach ulcers.
